Full Description
Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Sales Operations / Order Management Coordinator to support its growing business in the China market. This role will play a key part in ensuring operational efficiency and seamless coordination between internal departments and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the end-to-end order management cycle, facilitating communication between teams, and maintaining accurate documentation and records. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Pricing, and Logistics to gather necessary inputs and timelines for each new product collection distributed in China.
- Generate, review, and maintain accurate purchase order records between Fanatics Collectibles’ Shanghai entity and North American and International business units.
- Assist the Sales Director in coordinating with our third-party accounting provider to issue accurate sales orders and invoices to Chinese customers, ensuring documentation compliance.
- Act as the central point of contact for all administrative and operational tasks related to sales execution, serving internal teams and external partners alike.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in order data entry, reporting, and ongoing system usage across the company’s internal business platforms.
- Support sales reporting and ad-hoc analysis to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and manage sales-related timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met efficiently and effectively.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive enhancements in workflow related to order and sales management.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, order management, logistics coordination, or a similar role, preferably in a multinational or cross-border environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with business management and ERP software systems is a strong plus.
- Bilingual fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in administrative tasks and data entry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across time zones and departments.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
