About the Team:

Fanatics Collectibles is a company working at the intersection of collectibles and technology. We are backed by some of the best investors, sports & entertainment properties and operators in the world. Fanatics Collectibles is integrating with Fanatics' global digital sports platform – which includes 900 sports relationships and >81 million reachable fans – to reimagine the collectibles business for the 21st century.

Role Summary:

The Sales Manager will report directly to the VP of LatAm. He/She will be expected to oversee and improve overall revenue in Brazil, by developing current distributors and open new doors through new customers, addressing both specialty (hobby shops) and retail/mass opportunities. This manager will develop a holistic strategy and work hand-in-hand with the local leadership counting on International support to grow the Trading Card category in Brazil.

Primary Responsibilities include

  • Achieve growth and achieve sales goals by successfully managing customers
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence into the market
  • Goals settings, training and performance monitoring of sales representatives into distributors and/or direct customers
  • Build and foster strong, lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales and realistic forecasts to management
  • Identify emerging markets into the country and be aware of new products and competitive status
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing and new partners into the country.
  • Keep up with current trends in the industry and modern business practices
  • Perform other decisions as necessary, such as reviewing reports, making presentations to local leadership, and examining how the company can be maximize its presence into the market

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 15 years of work experience with 5-10 years in a senior leadership position into Sales department, preferably into global companies
  • Extensive proven management experience in a high-growth, fast-paced Collectibles or sports company
  • Strong knowledge of sales management tools and reports to provide clarity into analysis, maximizing results and profits
  • Proven success as a sales manager in previous experiences
  • Familiarity working with distributors and specialty channels (desired into hobby shops market)
  • Thinks about new and innovative ways to drive growth
  • Builds highly productive and collaborative working relationships across the business. Open minded, hands on and passionate professional.
  • Clear communication skills to articulate a coherent strategy and plan which instills confidence and trust.
  • Natural relationship builder, both internally and with customers, partners, and all key stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish & English
