About the job

This role will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions to our strategic accounts tier of sports betting operators and casino operators.
 

THE CHALLENGE:

  • This role will manage a team of client partners responsible for driving independent sales activities of digital advertising products into our strategic global clients.
  • Lead, coach and manage team ensuring attainment of revenue targets and objectives.
  • Take charge of the team sales cycle from prospecting, preparing, pitching through to gaining commitment and contracting.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide business forecasts to leadership.
  • Oversee senior relationship management and support for existing clients by actively engaging with client decision makers.
  • Utilize your existing network and experience to secure new leads and revenue opportunities for the team and business.
  • Be part of Sportradar’s core global ad:s team as well as the wider Global Sales Organization, collaborating and sharing best practices as you shape the strategic accounts focused advertising sales strategy.
  • Define, test and optimize business and pricing models with attractive offerings for key clients or partners with profitability contribution for Sportradar.
  • Actively engage in the advertising betting ecosystem, interact with key players, establish key relationships and gain deep understanding of the setup and needs of all stakeholders.
  • Support and consult product teams to optimize our products and services from a sales perspective and shape the go-to-market narrative.
  • Represent the division and company externally at events and meetings.
  • Both domestic and international travel is required for internal and client meetings.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Extensive experience in delivering digital data-driven marketing solutions to major brands and their agencies.
  • A proven track record of sales, establishing new business and building long-term relationships with major global clients.
  • Understanding of digital media business models incl. for programmatic, paid social & search products and services.
  • Experience with building, shaping and executing advertising, brand and media plans.
  • A strong communicator with presentation skills.
  • Understanding of the sports betting eco-system.
