Based in our Altrincham office, this is a fantastic opportunity to join the exciting world of gaming and esports and involves working across some of the highest profile sponsorship teams and events in esports including the Esports World Cup, Team Liquid, EA SPORTS FC, Activision Blizzard, RIOT Games, Ubisoft and many more.

AS OUR RIGHTSHOLDER & PARTNERSHIPS EXECUTIVE YOU WILL... 

  • Play a key role in developing and managing brand partnerships within our esports portfolio.
  • Drive Partnership Success: Collaborate with a seasoned team of esports and sponsorship experts to develop impactful partnerships with brands, both nationally and internationally.
  • Manage High-Profile Rights: Support marketing and product development across leading esports and gaming assets like Fnatic, GiantX, Quadrant, BLAST, Ballers League and support international assets such as EAFC, Ubisoft & Team Liquid.
  • Support Sales & Achieve Revenue Goals: Work closely with the sales team to hit annual targets. You'll prepare and deliver pitch materials, manage responses to client briefs, and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Create Winning Brand Concepts: Develop custom, creative brand entry strategies to engage new partners, working autonomously and collaborating with rights holders to bring these concepts to life.
  • Expand the Market: Actively identify and onboard new rights holders in the UK, working closely with the EMEA and global teams to grow our esports footprint.
  • Enhance Brand Partnerships: Drive ROI for brand partners, ensuring that partnerships are activated both locally and globally to maximize impact and engagement.
  • Be Part of Strategy & Innovation: Contribute to strategy development, share innovative ideas, and play a role in shaping new projects and processes.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING... 

  • Bachelor's degree (2:1 or above) in Sports Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field alongside very strong knowledge of English, written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in sports, esports marketing or partnerships management.
  • A genuine passion and enthusiasm for esports and gaming is essential.
  • Sales support experience and a willingness to support sales efforts and engaging clients.
  • Ability to produce visually appealing, creative materials that stand out.
  • A proactive approach to ring new ideas and data-driven insights to elevate our approach.
  • Charismatic, with a natural ability to engage stakeholders and build lasting partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and familiarity with Google Suite.
