Full Description

THE ROLE:

The Rights Compliance & Enforcement Analyst is responsible for providing analytical insights into the sports data rights and streaming rights landscape. They are also responsible for managing various data, researching sporting federations & competitions, and providing analytical insights and reviews to assist the commercial, legal, integrity, and operational teams in supporting decision-making and the strategy set out by the business and operations department.

THEN

  • Coordinating between different stakeholders internally to assist with Rights Compliance & Enforcement projects
  • Coordinate Sportsbook Bookmaker Monitoring, tracking and analysing usage & non-compliance trends over time
  • Identify bookmaker providers, reviewing source codes and researching pitch graphics
  • Communicate with Commercial and Legal teams on Contract Compliance & Enforcement, tracking usage, overage, monthly/quarterly compliance, and revenue uplift. Understand where and why there is non-compliance
  • Ownership of Sportsbook compliance reporting and tracking
  • Review evidence of infringement and find/suggest new scraping targets
  • Manage advanced monitoring, review uptime and latency for new/existing customers
  • Using a combination of written text, BI data and infographics in a way that analysis can be used for management, commercial and operational level decisions
  • Producing reports, providing insights & analysis and tracking KPI’s to support the commercial and operational teams, assisting the industry and company landscape
  • Set up and implement the best method of working, suggesting improvements to the systems used
  • To offer justified suggestions and the best strategy to support the business objectives and goals
  • Opportunity for potential travel when required
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Good research skills to find information on federations and competitions
  • Good communication skills, dealing with internal teams
  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft business suite, specifically, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Previous use of Power BI (or similar – desirable, not essential)
  • Use initiative and be proactive in managing their own workload, as well as work as part of a team
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment, solving problems in a timely manner
  • Reliable and trustworthy, dealing with highly confidential information, both internally and externally
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented mindset and a high sense of urgency
