OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
We are seeking a strong data-driven Rewards Specialist who will develop a strong understanding of business processes and manage the execution of the application of Reward policies and processes for Hyderabad
This position will play a key role responsible for driving competitive, equitable, and locally relevant reward programs, while ensuring alignment with global frameworks. The individual will need to partner closely with the Global Reward Team, business leaders, People Partners, and other Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to deliver meaningful compensation, benefits, and workforce insights.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reward Strategy & Design
- Manage the annual and ad-hoc compensation benchmarking to ensure competitiveness with the external market and internal equity.
- Supports execution of annual and periodic compensation cycles (Merit, Performance, Pay, Promotions etc.)
- Prepare dashboards, reports and analytics to support business and leadership decisions.
- Partner with the key stakeholders(HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance etc.) to execute the reward strategy for the Hyderabad site that supports talent attraction, retention, and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with Internal policies, regulatory requirements and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with global reward teams to maintain consistency in reward structures while adapting to local market conditions.
- Ensure effective vendor management, compliance, and communication around benefit offerings.
- Managing Benefits administration, ensuring high quality delivery and smooth processing of benefits.
TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits
- Good knowledge of Indian compensation and benefits practices, including statutory requirements.
- Ability to produce data-driven insights and present findings to senior leadership.
- Proficient in Excel, HRIS systems (e.g., Workday), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) would be an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in HR is desirable
