Retail Associate – 2026 CrossFit Games

CrossFit is bringing its merchandise directly to the community through a dynamic retail experience at the 2026 CrossFit Games. We are looking for motivated, fitness-savvy Retail Associates to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and represent the CrossFit brand with enthusiasm and authenticity.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Event Details

• Event Dates (Retail Activation): July 31 – August 3, 2026
• Shift Hours: 8-hour shifts daily, scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
• Compensation: $200 daily rate
• Location: SAP Center -525 W. Santa Clara Street ,San Jose, CA 95113 and surrounding areas

Availability Requirement:
Must be fully available from July 23 through July 26.

Additional Shifts:
Additional shifts on surrounding days (July 21st - 22nd and July 27th) may be available.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests with enthusiasm and brand pride
• Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences, goals, and needs
• Educate customers on product features, usage, and benefits
• Support event setup, breakdown, and daily merchandise restocking
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays
• Track and report inventory levels throughout the event
• Serve as a positive and energetic ambassador of the CrossFit brand and community

What We’re Looking For

• Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods (8 hours)
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and healthy living
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Additional Information

• Official CrossFit Games apparel will be provided for use during scheduled shifts
• Meals will be provided during scheduled shifts
• CrossFit will not provide travel or hotel accommodations
