Full Description

The Replenishment Analyst will manage inventory flow for Jerseys within our replenishment network, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time to maximize sales, minimize markdowns, and support an elevated Fan experience. This role requires a strong understanding of allocation principles, supply chain timing, and product lifecycle management for high-visibility items in a fast-paced retail environment.

How you will make an impact:


• Allocate Jerseys across the nearshore, domestic, and e-commerce network using sales, inventory, and forecast data to drive optimal in-stock levels and sell-through.
• Monitor and adjust allocations to support product launches and sales trends while factoring in decoration capacity and product availability, ensuring speed to market and service goals are met in the most cost-efficient way
• Partner with supply planning, component procurement, and GM teams to align allocations with assortment strategies and marketing plans for league launches and key player moments.
• Collaborate with operations and transportation to understand inbound product flows and prioritize urgent allocations.
• Track and analyze jersey performance to recommend reallocation opportunities or proactive inventory moves.
• Support reporting on allocation effectiveness, size-level selling, and inventory health metrics for 1st party jerseys.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in allocation systems and tools.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on 1st party jerseys, maintaining a clear understanding of product timing, seasonality, and league schedules that impact demand.

What you bring to the team:


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in allocation, merchandise planning, or inventory management; retail or apparel experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with allocation or ERP systems (e.g., JDA, SAP, Manhattan).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence cross-functional partners.
• Passion for sports and understanding of jersey product life cycle is a plus.
