Relic Senior Coordinator – Fanatics Collectibles

Fanatics Collectibles is integrating with Fanatics' global digital sports platform – which includes 900 sports relationships and 81+ million reachable fans – to reimagine the collectibles business for the 21st century.

Role Summary

Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a Relic Senior Coordinator. Senior Coordinators are part of our Relic Coordination & Product Assessment team, responsible for coordinating with Product Development & Project Management to assess available inventory, provide memorabilia for the manufacturing team to cut, and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure account transactions and accounting. Ideal candidates are self-starters, strong communicators, and possess strong analytical skills. Senior Coordinators are expected to start leading teams, coaching team members, and collaborating with Leads, Supervisors, and Managers to improve end to end process. Candidates with a passion for sports, culture, & entertainment will find themselves a strong cultural fit.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the weekly relic assessment workload and layout plans by product
  • Lead Coordinator Team for specific licenses / sports
  • Assigned to assess ultrahigh end products i.e. Dynasty, Definitive, Transcendent. ensuring high quality and accuracy
  • Have a deep understanding of the assessment process, it's nuances, the sizes of relics that go into cards and use that knowledge to assist in training new employees along with the department lead.
  • Accurately update Airtable/NCF with the current status of a product in the assessment cycle with detailed notes
  • Accurately log hours into Airtable to track hours spent on cutting, assessing and staging
  • Learn the ins-and-outs of the Relic Ops department as new processes and technology are implemented to improve the quality and efficiency of our product
  • Abides by and helps to uphold all security measures to ensure Relics are secure
  • Coordinates cross functionally to ensure we meet due dates

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Dallas / Sunnyvale, TX based
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Microsoft Office experience required and a desire to learn and use alternative software including Airtable
  • 3-year prior experience in manufacturing or production environments, preferred
  • 2-year Project Management experience, preferred
  • In depth knowledge of various sports leagues (MLB/NFL/NBA)
