The annual base salary for this position ranges from $114,600.00 in our lowest geographic market to $233,700.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

In this role you will collaborate with the Global Safety & Security teams, Human Resources, Business Operations, security vendors, GPS (facilities), building landlord, contingent workforce leadership, local law enforcement, event security vendors, and more. You will oversee the contract security management of the contract security service provider at your facility.

This role is reports directly to the Director of Global Field Security.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous physical security knowledge required that includes: Life Safety Systems, Alarm and CCTV systems, Motion Systems, Access Control, Badging systems. Out of State travel when required or directed. Physical Security Professional (PSP) preferred.
  • Experience supporting and managing physical security access control systems.
  • Technical in-depth knowledge of IP based physical security systems such as access control systems, biometrics, alarms, cameras, and networks.
  • Analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient with MS Office Products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • 5+ years of experience i n one or all the following disciplines: corporate security management, security and asset policy development, guard force utilization.
  • Security Manager experience in a multi-location corporate and customer service-driven environment, including conducting vulnerability assessments and managing event security
  • Experience managing security for large, complex operating locations.
  • Knowledge within the executive protection field is an advantage.
  •  Proven experience as a results-oriented leader.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed to meet business requirements.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

In this position you will work with the Global Filed Security team daily and be responsible for all the different security aspects that are related to your role, such as: access control, security vendor management, apply and implement the Global Security Standards, supporting Nike events, in your facility and external Nike brand events.

Typically, your workday consists of meetings, phone calls and responses to immediate security concerns and oversight of the security operations at your assigned locations, planning the security for brand events, and supporting events “on the ground” based on the level of the event.
