The Crown Is Yours

As a Regional HR Business Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping how we enable, grow, and retain our people across a dynamic, global organization. You'll partner closely with leaders to drive people strategies that align with business priorities while strengthening our culture. Working across the full employee lifecycle, you'll influence organizational effectiveness, support talent development, and help deliver a high-quality employee experience. You'll operate at both a strategic and hands-on level, ensuring teams are set up to perform, scale, and evolve.

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong, trusted partnerships with managers and leaders, serving as the primary HR point of contact for your business area.

  • Partner with senior leaders to support organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development across growing teams.

  • Provide guidance and coaching on performance management, employee relations, and team effectiveness.

  • Drive key talent processes, including performance reviews, talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Learning and Development, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations to deliver cohesive, scalable people solutions.

  • Support and lead change management initiatives, ensuring leaders and teams are equipped to navigate transformation effectively.

  • Identify and develop high-potential employees through targeted development plans that accelerate readiness for future opportunities.

  • Leverage data and insights to inform decisions, measure impact, and continuously improve the employee experience across the employee lifecycle.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role within a fast-paced, global, or matrixed organization.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices, with the ability to adapt across different regions and regulatory environments.

  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.

  • Experience supporting core talent processes, including performance management, development planning, and organizational change.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to guide decision-making.

  • Great communication skills and comfortable working in ambiguity, with a proactive and adaptable approach to evolving priorities.

  • Curiosity to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement.

  • Experience collaborating with UK-based teams, with familiarity in UK employment law considered a strong advantage.
