Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join our Global Group Resourcing Team, with a focus on high-volume, end-to-end recruitment for our Customer Care operations.

Based in Sofia, Bulgaria, you will play a pivotal role in hiring top-tier Customer Care professionals to our Sofia office. You’ll support hiring managers, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a smooth, data-driven hiring process all while helping us deliver best-in-class customer experiences through the teams you help build.

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume Customer Care roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using proactive sourcing, advertising, and screening strategies.
• Use recruitment systems (ATS, job boards, etc) effectively to drive hiring efficiency and maintain data quality.
• Take detailed role briefings from hiring managers and act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.
• Manage screening to assess candidate suitability.
• Collaborate with the Recruitment Delivery Manager to review advertising strategies and screening processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practice hiring standards.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, end-to-end recruitment—ideally within a customer care, contact centre, or shared services environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident using technology and recruitment systems (ATS, job boards, CRM tools).
• Able to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Adaptable and proactive mindset with a team-focused approach
