Receptionist & Administrative Assistant

This position is responsible for assisting with phone and administrative duties that contribute to the efficiency of the PGA TOUR. This position answers incoming calls to PGA TOUR quickly and efficiently and assists with administrative support needs of various departments as needed. Flexibility and aptitude to handle many tasks at any given time is required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least two years of administrative experience in a corporate environment required
• Must exhibit excellent organizational skills, communication and telephone skills and type 50-60 wpm
• Must possess advanced level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
• Experience with a multi-line phone system is preferred
• Ability to think independently and problem solve
• Ability to work flexible hours between 8am – 5:30pm, Monday through Friday
• Must be able to work on-site in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

• Courteously and promptly determines the nature of a caller's business and directs callers to the appropriate staff member or department; If necessary, takes messages or transfers to voicemail
• Provides answers to routine inquiries and other information as appropriate
• Provides high-level customer service to all internal staff, clients and visitors
• Administrative duties include processing expenses, drafting interview schedules and scheduling interviews via Outlook
• Flexibility to assist various departments with projects as needed
• Special projects or other duties as assigned
