Job Description
As our Gaming Propositions Executive, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of the Proposition plan, creating market-leading experiences that attract, reward, and retain our customers. You will support the Proposition Manager in the planning and performance review of all promotions, with a focus on the optimization of the proposition budget to deliver maximum ROI and KPIs
You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a unified customer experience across multiple touch points, maximising the performance of our proposition. You will also be responsible for analysing and communicating the performance of the propositions and to make recommendations for continuous improvements to better attract, reward and retain new and existing customers.
What you will do
- Support the Proposition Manager in the creation of the Gaming proposition plan
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including CRM, Performance Marketing & Brand Marketing to deliver a unified Gaming Proposition
- Oversee the campaign creation and execution of the Proposition plan. This includes the mechanics and pay out structures as well as briefing Gaming Promotions, CRM, Creative, Performance Marketing, CS,Operations, Content and any other relevant stakeholders
- Planning and sign-off on Promotional campaigns and Product launches
- Daily & weekly analysis of promotional engagement, cost, and ROI
- Own and deliver key initiatives to drive weekly performance on the back of opportunities identified in promotional analysis
- Conduct frequent market and competitor analysis with a focus on promotions and retention tactics
- Work closely with the CRM team to ensure the effective delivery of all promotional communications to our customers
Qualifications
- Experience planning and delivering promotional campaigns
- Experience working across multiple projects simultaneously
- Good experience with retention and customer experience tactics
- Experience working effectively as an individual and as part of a larger team
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and organisation skills
- Exemplary written and spoken English
- Confident in analytical storytelling and reporting
