Full Description

Ensure that the financial information of the country is accurately reported and aligned with the budget owners, and that any deviations from the plan are promptly communicated. Additionally, the role involves managing and executing administrative processes and providing support to the local team. RESPONSABILIDADES

  • REPORTING:

    Build a strong partnership with the Business Unit Manager and team for accurate and timely data collection and reporting.

    Execute monthly budget review with budget owners and report monthly financial information for budget owners, Business Unit Manage and Regional Finance Department.

    ADHOC reports requested by Business Unit manager or budget owners regarding financial or administrative information.

    Support the Business Unit Manager for their monthly presentations by providing the necessary financial information preparing accurate financial slides.

  • CONTROLLING:

    Reviewing and correcting any deviations to account journals, following accounting rules and guidelines.

    Act as a control check for the charges made by Distribution Partners to Red Bull.

    Make sure that all the internal controls and policies are being applied in the countries.

    Ensuring expenses are being reported on time, preparing monthly accruals.

    Controlling expenses through annual plan to reduce deviations.

  • PLANNING:

    Execute the planning calendar by coordinating with budget owners and providing necessary support to ensure that data quality is accurate.

    Uploading all planning data into BI tool ensuring data accuracy and deadlines.

    Consolidate the planning for all the Central America Region.

    Ensuring phasing plan is accurate and reflects historical o strategical expenses behaviour.

  • BUSINESS SUPPORT:

    Support budget owners to better understand and become familiar with their budgets and actual spends.

    Develop relationship with relevant stakeholders and become a key point of contact for discussion in the country.

    Guide field teams with financial insight and support in building of business cases to present specific projects.

  • ADMINISTRATIVE:

    Take care of the office budget for facilities and be the responsible to approve any extraordinary expense when needed. Coordinate local purchases with the local team to all Central America countries.

    Control, coordinate and approve all office purchases, including all employee assets based on the approved budget.

    Support local team in local purchases.

    Responsible for the local corporate fleet, including purchase, control, insurance, and maintenance.

    Coordinate and approve airfare tickets to the team, when needed, ensuring that the travel policies are being complied.

    Responsible by the assets control of Central America countries

    Support the HR team with the on boarding of new employees, medical insurance management and be the first point of contact for legal cases in the country.

    Develop relationship with DP teams to ensure local purchases and other administrative processes are done the best way possible to support the team working for the brand on the DP market.

  • TEAM LEAD:

    Guide, coach and influence direct report of Administrative Assistant role.

    Set KPIs, WoW and measure performance + build development plans for direct team.

  • TEAM MEETINGS COORDINATION:

    Plan and organize the general team meetings for the Central America team (ex: kick off, engagement workshops, etc), using the best possible vendors while complying with the stablished budget.

EXPERIENCIA

  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting and budget management within a multi-national company.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to focus on many tasks and requests.
  • Build effective relationships across the business and the team.
  • Ability to use judgment, initiative and common sense to solve problems and find solutions.
  • Ability to use deal with sensitive and confidential information in a discreet and professional manner.
  • Ability to gather, analyse and present financial information in a relevant and meaningful way, while presenting solutions to problems.
  • Ability to meet established deadlines and work within established processes. Detail oriented.
  • Comfortable with numerical data and spreadsheets.
  • Advanced Excel and Power Point skills.
  • Business or finance qualification (or similar is preferred)
  • Fluent English
  • Viajar 20-30%
