This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to play a key role in the planning and delivery of a major international multi-sport event.

Job Summary:

As Project Manager (Security, Crowd Safety & Medical), you will support the programme management and coordination of workstreams across the Security, Crowd Safety & Medical (SSM) function. Working closely with functional leads, you will help drive the delivery of key milestones, support governance processes, maintain programme reporting and coordinate integration across the Organising Company and supplier partners.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting the effective planning, coordination and administration of the SSM programme to ensure alignment with the overall Games Delivery Plan.

Key Skills and Experience:

The role requires strong organisational and programme coordination skills, along with experience facilitating meetings, governance forums and working groups, and producing clear reports, dashboards and programme updates. You will demonstrate strong analytical capability, with confidence in managing and interpreting operational data, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word, is essential, alongside the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Experience working on major events, sporting events or large-scale programmes in security, crowd safety, medical operations, emergency planning or venue operations will be advantageous.
