Job Description

We're working with our client, American Express, to recruit a Project Manager to join a high performing team responsible for the invite-only, ultra-premium Centurion product and its experiential strategy development and execution.

The successful candidate will possess outstanding project management, relationship management, strategic thinking, communication and organisational skills.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • International project management for experiential programs and operational support across existing and in development initiatives
  • Project tracking and documentation, supporting to deliver key milestones against timelines
  • Marketing creation: content preparation for digital and printed materials, managing and tracking translations and proofreading, and supporting testing of assets across multiple channels
  • Program performance tracking and analysis of marketing data, developing insights and reporting to inform the program's development and its marketing strategy
  • Own the marketing approval processes, engaging internal stakeholders and tracking approvals
  • Work collaboratively with key partners across multiple teams

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED

  • Proven project management experience, managing cross-functional initiatives incl. end-to-end execution across operationally complex projects
  • Proven experience in Marketing execution, supporting the development and deployment of multi-channel Marketing assets with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills – finding a way around obstacles and challenges with a positive and mature attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment whilst being adaptable to changing priorities
  • Strong relationship management skills with ability to build effective working relationships in a collaborative, multi-cultural team environment
  • International experience and knowledge; cultural sensitivity and ability to work across multiple markets/cultures
  • Experiential program management and/or event management experience is a plus
  • Experience within the premium space and/or luxury brands is a plus

Please note that this is a part time (4 days per week role) on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. The successful candidate will be based full time in the American Express' office in Victoria, London.
