Full Description

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates, or those with up to 2 years of experience, looking to kickstart their career in project management within the collectibles industry. In this position, you will work closely with the VP of Engineering & Optimization to ensure successful execution of collectible-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring each program aligns with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of pre-production development projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and key deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status updates for stakeholders.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, documenting key discussions and action items to keep the team aligned.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and project plans, ensuring all information is accurate and accessible.
  • Proactively identify and manage potential project risks, providing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Support the VP of Engineering & Optimization with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Passion for collectibles, sports, or relevant industry experience is a plus.
