THE POSITION

The Product Manager is responsible for the planning, prioritization, and execution of successful products. This includes understanding and prioritizing product and customer needs, defining product goals, and working closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to bring solutions to market. The Product Manager ensures successful product performance through market analysis, a deep understanding of customer needs, and objective data analysis and reporting. As part of the SBK merchandising team, you will be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders, product analytics, and UX partners to identify, prioritize, & build solutions that drive the future FanDuel SBK product experience.
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

- Identify, shape, and ensure execution of new products and product initiatives
- Establish and maintain domain expertise on the product, market, and competitors
- Assess product opportunities and contribute meaningfully to vision and prioritization of new initiatives and products
- Ensure transparency and alignment with organizational stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, marketing, trading, and relevant operational functions to ensure successful product deliveries and launches
- Identify, prioritize, and execute post-launch optimizations and improvements
- Establish, track and report objectively on product performance metrics
- Opportunity to identify, grow, and develop top talent on the Product team
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a product manager or similar role
- Proven track record of delivering successful and innovative products
- Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects while effectively balancing scope, resourcing, time, and quality
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability for goals and deliverables
- Demonstrated success cross-functionally influencing teams without formal authority
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data quickly to inform decisions
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

The applicable salary range for this position is $94,000 - $129,250 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
