Full Description
At Fanatics Collectibles, we are seeking a highly experienced Product Manager III to lead the design and build of a suite of enterprise software products that will become the backbone enabler of how we run our business as we continue to scale.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in design thinking and managing complex operational workflows. This role requires a leader who can collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior executives to build and manage a suite of products supporting various business domains, including product development, manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for enterprise workflow and project management products, ensuring alignment across C-suite and with company goals.
- Lead the ideation, strategy, development, and enhancement of products, focusing on user experience, operational efficiency, and scalability.
- Utilize design thinking methodologies to deeply understand user needs, prototype solutions, and iteratively improve products.
- Develop a suite of products that support function across the entire business ranging across product development, manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain.
- Manage complex cross-functional stakeholder relationships, balancing business requirements with technical feasibility.
- Drive and measure product adoption and change management with end users.
- Employ agile methodologies to prioritize features, manage sprints, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Drive excellence in all agile activities including board maintenance and ceremonies while building a backlog at least 2 sprints deep
- Maintain command of your pod end to end with a strong sense of ownership across all deliverables
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in product management, with a strong emphasis on enterprise software/SaaS products, design thinking, and operationally complex workflows and project management tools.
- Highly analytical and uses data to drive and inform all decision-making and product improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to harmonize stakeholder needs, achieve consensus, and drive product vision through excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Adept at bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, managing expectations, and delivering user-centric product features.
- Extensive experience with building new solutions from scratch, project management tools, software development methodologies, and managing complex enterprise workflows.
- Strong sense for user experience; knack for simplifying complex workflows into intuitive interfaces and experiences.
- Intellectual curiosity with the tenacity to probe deeply into problems, ask challenging questions, and convert business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Strong leadership abilities, capable of setting standards, fostering a positive culture, and motivating cross-functional teams.
- Direct experience in generating visual assets using Figma and related design tools a plus.
- Passion for trading cards and the collectibles industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related discipline.
In New York, the salary range for this position is $144,000-$180,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. In Los Angeles, the salary range for this position is $132,000-$165,000. The listed salary ranges are specific to Los Angeles or NYC and may not be applicable to other locations. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
