THE POSITION

FanDuel is looking for a Product Design Senior Manager to lead design across two of our highest-impact Sportsbook pillars: Live and Generosity. You’ll shape the UX vision, set direction, and guide multiple teamsworking on everything from in-play betting to how we reward loyalty. This is a strategic leadership role with hands-on opportunities - ideal for someone who can do as well as direct.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.


THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

This is a leadership-first role with room for occasional hands-on design. You’ll contribute to product strategy, but your primary focus is guiding teams, driving high-quality UX execution, and bringing a sharp eye for visual design and direction - especially in mobile-first, native app environments. Strong experience designing for iOS and Android is essential.

  • Lead two product design streams (Live & Generosity), each with complex, high-visibility roadmaps
  • Manage and grow a team ofDesigners working across multiple squads and feature sets
  • Drive design execution across web and native platforms, upholding a high visual bar
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to define customer-centric outcomes
  • Contribute to UX strategy for key 2025/26 initiatives - including NFL upgrades, in-play engagement, and rewards innovation
  • Build a team culture that balances quality craft with delivery pace
  • Provide clear direction and feedback, supporting team growth in both craft andbehavioralskills
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops, sprint reviews, and team rituals
  • Participate in hiring, mentoring, and establishing team practices that improve quality and throughput
  • Represent the voice of design in leadership forums and roadmap planning

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • 6+ years of professional design experience, including 2+ years managing or mentoring others preferred
  • Proven ability to lead the delivery of end-to-end product experiences, ideally across web and mobile
  • Skilled in UX craft, visual design, and problem solving - able to guide teams and get hands-on when needed
  • Strong communicator who brings clarity and storytelling to cross-functional forums
  • Experience working closely with Product and Engineering leaders to define and deliver outcomes
  • Proficiency designing for native mobile platforms (iOS and Android) in a mobile-first environment
  • Collaborative, constructive leadership style that builds trust and elevates team performance
  • Familiarity with high-traffic consumer apps and/or regulated industries a plus

The applicable salary range for this position is $138,000 - $190,300 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
