THE POSITION

Our Sportsbook Product Analytics team is looking for a Product Analyst to help shape, prioritize, and execute impactful product initiatives. In this role, you will combine customer insights and experimentation to guide decision-making. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity, bring solutions to market, and ensure ongoing product performance through analysis, reporting, and actionable recommendations. 

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN

  • Develop and maintain domain expertise on our Sportsbook product and competitive landscape to inform decision-making and identify new opportunities. 
  • Analyze customer behavior and business performance to surface product opportunities and collaborate with the product team to prioritize and shape initiatives that drive measurable impact. 
  • Lead and support experimentation efforts by designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and other controlled experiments to guide product strategy. 
  • Track and evaluate product performance, ensuring metrics are reliable, actionable, and aligned to business goals. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and operational functions to ensure successful product delivery and continuous improvement. 
  • Drive transparency and alignment by clearly communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization. 
  • This role is based out of our Atlanta office. 

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, STEM, or related field. 
  • 2-3 years of experience in product or data analytics role. 
  • Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to query, manipulate, and analyze large datasets. 
  • Experience with product analytics tools, such as Amplitude (preferred). 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply data to business challenges. 
  • Experience running controlled experiments (A/B tests) to validate hypotheses, optimize customer experience, and inform product strategy. 
  • Strong communication skills, able to translate complex data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders. 
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities, balancing scope, speed, and quality while aligning with stakeholders. 
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with experience building strong cross-functional relationships to achieve shared goals.

The applicable salary range for this position is $79,000 - $103,950 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
