The Role: As a Creative Producer for FIBA Media at DAZN, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional basketball experience to fans worldwide. You will be responsible for leading the content creation for FIBA competitions. This role involves developing a wide range of content, from long-form pieces to social media reels and managing the content team.

You will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive content plan for each competition and will be instrumental in proposing innovative concepts to enhance FIBA’ s brand visibility and engagement.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Content Creation and Management:
• Develop and produce all types of content related to FIBA competitions, including promotional videos, event coverage, long-form content and social media reels
• Act as final Quality Control on all content
• Ensure all content align with brand guidelines and promotes FIBA competitions effectively

Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage the editorial team, providing guidance, support and feedback to ensure high-quality output
• Foster a collaborative and creative team environment
• Manage the rota of freelance APs and editors and book post-production resources

Content Planning and Strategy:

• Support Senior producer, producing and developing detailed content plans for each competition, outlining key deliverables, timelines, and strategies for distribution

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience as a sports producer in broadcast and digital content creation

• Excellent editorial judgement and international basketball knowledge
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Confident manner with ability to lead a team
• Able to define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and clients
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and innovative content concepts
