- We are seeking an experienced Cutover Manager to lead the critical transition activities for our Procurement Transformation programme. This role will be responsible for orchestrating the seamless migration from current procurement systems and processes to new transformed solutions, ensuring minimal business disruption and successful delivery of transformation objectives.
The following is an indicative list of responsibilities for the role:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive cutover strategies and detailed execution plans for procurement system implementations
- Create and maintain cutover runbooks, including detailed task sequences, dependencies, and rollback procedures
- Define cutover success criteria, key performance indicators, and acceptance criteria
- Identify, assess, and mitigate cutover-related risks throughout the transformation lifecycle
- Lead cross-functional cutover teams, and manage communication plans to ensure all partners are informed of cutover progress and impacts
- Manage technical dependencies and integration points across multiple systems
- Ensure business continuity during cutover periods, coordinate hypercare support and post-cutover stabilisation activities
- Facilitate lessons learned sessions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Proven experience as a Cutover Manager or similar role, in multiple large-scale transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of system implementation lifecycles, cutover planning, and testing methodologies
- General technical project management experience, with formal project certification preferred
- Ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines
- Excellent collaborator management and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in tools such as JIRA, or other project/test management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a diligent approach
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
- Knowledge of procurement processes and tools (e.g. Coupa) would be an advantage
