MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT
In this role you’ll be responsible to maintain and govern procurement master data in accordance with established standards and procedures. You'll conduct daily interface clean-up for material movements, resolving discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy. Thereby you’ll ensure the integrity and reliability of information within the organization. Finally, you’ll serve as a key user of the SAP ERP MM module, providing support and guidance to end-users for efficient material management and procurement processes.
COLLABORATION
To resolve the issues and discrepancies related to master data and material movements, you’ll also collaborate and align with cross-functional teams.
PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS
You’ll utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve complex issues, continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and proactively implement solutions.
TRENDS
To further develop our business, you’ll also stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices related to master data management and SAP ERP MM.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Degree (e. g. HAK/HTL/Bachelor) with focus on business informatics, business administration or similar with 3 years experience in the field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide creative solutions to complex issues
- Passion for working with diverse personalities to drive collaboration and execute against deliverables
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners on an international level
- Ability to work effectively under tight timelines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Detail oriented and accurate working attitude
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel) and basic user knowledge SAP ERP MM
- Fluent in English and German
- Travel 0-10%
