WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

On this team, building trust with our teammates and business partners is critical, so you must possess a strong client focused approach to the work. You will report to the Footwear Operations Director and work closely with your Operations teammates and as well as business partners within the Footwear Organization across Product Management, Development, and Design.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking to fill this role with exceptional, forward thinking, operationally minded talent who is motivated by complex and highly cross-functional projects.

There are two Principal, Footwear Operations opportunities open:

  • Principal, Footwear Ops: This central role will be accountable for driving clear and consistent Footwear moment expectations, communication, tools, and processes to elevate end-to-end product excellence and standards.
  • Principal, Footwear Ops, Capability: This central role will be accountable for driving new and evolved processes, tools and ways of working to deliver enhanced Footwear capabilities across the Footwear Organization.

Our ideal candidate can foster effective working relationships, drive clarity, instil trust and comfortably navigate ambiguity. They are adept at leading and facilitating projects and conversations, while also driving alignment and solutions.

A Footwear Operations Principal candidate should be able to lead with a future forward, operational mentality, think strategically and deliver tactically. This person exhibits process experience as well as the ability to lead and execute projects across multiple functions. You demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and the ability to drive decisions across multiple functions, possess strong communication skills, including listening skills and the ability to facilitate conversations and alignment across a variety of teams, at all levels of the organization. And you are a resourceful, highly motivated self-starter who is comfortable in an ambiguous and dynamic environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training
  • 7+ Years' experience in product creation, Operations, process or related function preferred
  • Proficient in Keynote, PowerPoint, Miro and experience with project management software such as Smartsheet or Air Table (strongly preferred).
  • Highly organized with the ability to simplify a complex landscape to drive easy execution
  • Project management experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams supporting large scale change across an organization.
  • Ability to balance multiple time-bound projects while maintaining attention to detail.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As the Global Footwear Operations Principal, you will support the Global Footwear Organization in a centralized role focused on elevating product excellence through new and evolved ways of working. You will be responsible for driving top priorities and key initiatives tied to the Footwear Strategy, as well as lead the implementation of key strategic and business priorities across functions.
