WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Principal, Direct Jordan LATAM, will be responsible for both Stores and Digital ecosystem development in LATAM, with focus on Jordan Brand. That includes delivering go to market initiatives and set future strategy to fuel consumer demand and long-term growth & profitability, in partnership with LATAM & APLA (Asia / Pacific / Latam) cross functional teams.

As the Principal, Direct Jordan LATAM, you will create compelling innovative roadmaps to address our most evolving consumer retail experiences, Digital & Stores, while managing in season P&L. This role will focus on building a E2E Consumer Led Value strategy, partnering closely with teammates across APLA Region and LATAM, as well as managing relationships with our 3rd party partners.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

 You will report to the General Manager, APLA  Jordan Direct, based in PHK (Beaverton, US). This role will work close to Stores and Digital Leaders in LATAM, based in Mexico, being part of their respective Leadership Team squad, as well as the cross functional teams, representing the Jordan Brand in Direct.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Business, Planning, General Management or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training. 
  • Minimum Experience of 7 years in Retail, Digital or General Commerce. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of managing squad management experience. 
  • Creative future visioning, high taste0leve and critical thinking
  • Project Management Experience
  • Team oriented Mentality and shown willingness to partner with others.
  • Shown experience working in cross-functional and cross-functional enterprise teams
  • Strong Communication and relationship management skills.
  • External Partner Management
  • Presentation/Communication style. Concise and Thoughtful (strong verbal and written skills). Ability to present new ideas or vision to audiences small and large, including addressing executive leaders, and external partners or customers.
