We are looking for a Personal Training Analyst to join our Experience Department.

The Personal Training Analyst is responsible for driving efficiencies, reducing error in processing and using insights to improve both our team members and members overall experience.

The Role

• Driving improvements in UK PT session validation and delivery efficiency.
• Managing core PT administrative processes including refunds, extensions, and operational updates
• Ensuring full compliance with Risk Register requirements and lead enforcement efforts.
• Supporting the delivery of IT system upgrades
• Inducting new Product Managers, ensuring a strong understanding of operational processes and standards.
• Providing valuable insights to the leadership team and relevant stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
• Applying and managing compliance and risk frameworks across PT operations to safeguard performance and governance.

Experience

• Experience in cost control delivery and managing the execution process.
• Experience in a compliance processing role.
