Stats Perform is seeking a Performance Integrity Manager, this is a full-time and hybrid position in London, UK.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping a rapidly developing area of sports integrity by leading the analysis of on-field performances across a variety of sports. You will be using your deep sporting knowledge and the advanced analytical tools of Opta to ensure Stats Perform Integrity offers an unparalleled performance integrity analysis service to clients, working closely with our internal betting, intelligence and fast data teams.
Stats Perform works directly with major rights holders and governing bodies in sport and is committed to a progressive approach on sport integrity. Your work will play a key role in contributing directly to recognised integrity projects and in maintaining our close working relationships with industry stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the integrity of sport and anti-corruption to join a forward-thinking team in helping to protect the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the work of the Performance Integrity team
- Review and analyse on-field performances in matches of concern
- Draft and share performance integrity reports with external stakeholders to support match-fixing investigations
- Prepare materials and provide expert witness testimony in performance analysis on behalf of Stats Perform at sporting integrity disciplinary hearings
- Innovate to improve current systems and processes, and create new methodologies for new sports
- Liaise with external stakeholders including sporting governing bodies and law enforcement
- Undertake ad hoc project work and training and education sessions
- Be an advocate for the wider use of performance analysis in integrity investigations
Required Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent report writing ability
- Great knowledge and understanding of sport
- A keen interest in sport integrity issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with clients
