Job Description

 As a People Solutions Analyst - ServiceNow HRSD, you will be responsible to provide continuous functional and technical support in the development, implementation, support, and coordination of the people solutions that drive our business. Working in partnership our ServiceNow HRSD Product Owners, Technology, the people function and the business, this role drives enhancements to empower employees and troubleshoots issues when they arise.

What you will do

• Tests and troubleshoots functional issues as they arise; and implements changes necessary to achieve successful resolution of functional issues. Works closely with the Technology team and/or product owners to resolve any issues or challenges.
• Supports requirements definition, testing, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of assigned people solutions.
•  Partners with product owners and Technology on all upgrades, enhancements, and implementations to ensure testing and documentation are completed and signed off. And technology knowledge is always kept up to date.
•  Serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned people solutions and subject matter expert around ensuring data integrity, full business requirements and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
•  Provides system support for all ServiceNow HRSD people applications and solutions
• Manage all the essential digital records where data is not yet being managed by individuals or HR.
• Responsible for reviewing business or Change Requests and seeking clarification where needed to be able to inform potential solutions, identify dependencies and or risk
• Assist with any People Solution-related queries/issues/diagnostic tests and analyze HR data to provide rapid resolutions to any solution/technology challenges.
• Familiar with all HR processes and workflows.
• Contribute to solution decision-making, scoping, and prioritizing for technology projects in support of the overall People strategy
• Keep track of technological advancements and trends across people solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency and data security – working closely with People Analytics and People Services
• Work in an agile way to deliver efficiently and effectively

Qualifications

• 2/3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow HRSD Functionality.
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment under pressure and to tight deadlines.
•  Strong technical acumen with the ability to learn and apply new functionality quickly
•  High attention to detail
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•  Understanding of additional people solutions applications such as Oracle, SmartRecruiters
•  Project Management experience
•  Experience writing functional/technical documentation
•  Mass transactions, such as bulk uploads/integration with HDL/OIC
• Managing service requests via a Ticketing system, e.g., Service Now
