OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
We are seeking a strategically minded and commercially astute Product & Innovation Lead to help drive smarter, data-led decisions across our global People product landscape.
This is not a traditional product ownership role. In our federated operating model, product and technology decisions sit across multiple functions and brands. Your role is to bring clarity, insight and strategic alignment — influencing stakeholders to make better, value-driven decisions.
You are the connective tissue between central strategy and regional needs, and will act as a key support to leadership, helping them turn strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps.
If you thrive in complex environments where influence matters more than authority, this role is for you.
Our People Product & Innovation team exists to be the central hub for People products, delivering measurable value through data-driven insight, innovation and strategic alignment.
We operate across a federated global organisation, supporting brands and functional teams in making informed decisions when acquiring, optimising, consolidating or retiring People products.
We don’t own every decision — but we elevate the quality of them.
