WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
This role is part of the People Solutions Payroll EMEA team and reporting to the senior payroll manager.
The payroll analyst works together with 4 colleagues and is responsible for the execution of the day-to-day payroll processes to deliver a highly accurate and timely payroll to our athletes.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
For the payroll analyst role, we are looking for a candidate with the following requirements.
- Analytical mindset to analyze and audit payroll data for +6000 employees
- Strong attention to details and results oriented
- Ability to identify process and system improvements.
- Bachelor level of thinking
- Payroll experience is desirable
- Hands on experience in HR, time and payroll software e.g. SAP, Workday, Globalview, SD Worx, Prime Time
- A good Excel knowledge is required
- Strong communication skills to relay complex and technical information to non-technical audiences.
- You can communicate in Dutch (level C1) and in English (level C1).
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
Compile/reconcile data from a wide variety of sources (e.g. Workday, time sheets, tax deposits, etc.) for payroll processing.
Review/reconcile payroll input/output results using established practices and procedures
This role requires an analytic and technical mind with a passion for process improvement and process automation. The payroll analyst will be able to analyze complex legal and organizational changes, identify opportunities for optimization, and develop innovative solutions to streamline workflows and drive business efficiency.
The role will be part of a team of 4 payroll analysts and makes sure that, together as a team, the monthly payroll accountabilities are taken care of, and the payroll deadlines are always met.
The role provides support to employees and managers on payroll-related matters, resolving issues and providing guidance on payroll policies and procedures.
Other responsibilities include:
- Cross functional partnering within and outside people solutions
- Maintain supporting payroll documentations and authorizations for internal and external audits
- Responsible for year-end activities
