What's your new role about?
Paid Search & App Campaigns Executive

As a Paid Search & App Campaign Executive, you will be a key member of the Paid Media team that sits within DAZN's Marketing Operations team. You will help to plan, execute and report on the paid media marketing strategy for DAZN across Google Ads and other digital channels globally. You will have the opportunity to manage and allocate large budgets, spanning multiple markets to promote DAZN Group's busy content calendar of live sports. As well as the activation and reporting on campaigns, you will utilise your strong analytical skills to further optimise the customer acquisition strategy across your channels. It is a fast-paced role that requires someone with strong attention to detail and collaborative skills.

Based in our Hyderabad tech hub, you will be part of a close-knit team that consists of three Executives reporting directly to the Head of Paid Search & App Campaigns, sitting in London, UK.

Paid search and app campaigns are maximised during weekends and evening time in different time zones, so this role will require to work aligned with those timings, and in coordination with other Executives so to operate across all seven days of the week.

As our new Paid Search & App Campaign Executive, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Be a key player in the running of a large portfolio of in-house campaigns spanning multiple markets, and languages, from conception to execution, optimising & reporting

• Undertake ongoing analysis and testing to identify opportunities to optimise campaigns against KPIs

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign assets are following creative excellence

• Manage and monitor campaign spend to ensure it is in accordance with designated budgets

• Work closely with key partners such as Google & Apple to drive acquisition initiatives through new features and products

• Provide regular reports on performance metrics and market-related insights to the wider business

You'll be set up for success if you have:

• Google Ads Search & App Certifications

• At least 18 months of previous hands-on experience working within a similar paid seach/paid-per-click focused role

• Strong analytical ability and experience to work with a variety of data sources

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

• Ability to communicate effectively with the wider team

Even better if you have:

• Interest in sports and/or the media/OTT landscape

• Experience working with or within a digital subscription business

• Experience managing ads on a global scale
