The Role:
As Paid Digital Manager, you will report to the Head of Paid Digital Media and play a critical role in managing paid media campaigns for DAZN’s gambling products and partnerships. You’ll activate campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok, working closely with regional marketing teams, media planners, creative teams, and analysts to deliver campaigns that are effective, compliant, and performance led.
You’ll combine technical platform knowledge with a deep understanding of gambling audiences, channel restrictions, and regulatory challenges.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Execute and optimise paid search and paid social campaigns focused on sportsbook/gambling products across Google, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Manage end-to-end in-platform execution, including audience targeting, bidding, creative deployment, and budget pacing.
- Operate within strict regulatory frameworks, ensuring all campaigns comply with advertising standards and local gambling laws.
- Partner with legal, compliance, and regional teams to align media execution with jurisdictional requirements.
- Run structured A/B testing and optimisation to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Track and analyse campaign performance across key KPIs (e.g. CPA, ROAS, FTDs, player value, conversion rates).
- Support creative teams with platform-specific asset briefs and ensure smooth creative delivery.
- Maintain accurate tracking, attribution, and tagging in partnership with analytics and MarTech.
- Build and share performance reports and dashboards that drive action across teams.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven, hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns for gambling/sportsbook brands.
- Deep working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and YouTube—especially in regulated sectors.
- Strong understanding of gambling advertising policies, audience restrictions, and compliance workflows.
- Ability to drive performance outcomes (e.g. FTDs, cost per player, ROAS) through precise execution and optimisation.
- Experience working in subscription, performance marketing, or betting environments is highly desirable.
- Comfortable working with data—able to analyse campaign performance and make optimisation decisions quickly.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, including with compliance, creative, and analytics.
- Experience using Google Analytics 4, Looker, or similar tools is a plus.
