WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will be part of the amazing Nike Logistics Team, reporting to our Warehouse Manager and closely collaborating with local teams: Inbound, Finance, Transportation, IFP, Tech and Geo teams such as Sustainability and Operations. You will be strategically working with our 3PL operations team on site, with a continuous improvement mindset.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a proactive and team leader professional with continuous improvement mindset.

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, industrial engineering or similar.
• 3 to 5 years' experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Understands of Supply Chain areas such as Processing, Shipping, Returns, Claims and supplies management.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools.
• Advanced English, (able to stablish business conversation, manage topics & execute deliverables)

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As an Operations Analyst you will be aligning and improving operational processes and strategies to achieve our targets and KPI's and maintain the efficiency in our process flow.

• You will be monitoring and optimizing daily capacity process, productivity and product flow aligned to our 3PL team.
• Measuring contractual KPI's to achieve and maintain operational control.
• You will be working along our 3PL Engineering team on current and future projects and providing tracking of the savings to our Logistics finance team.
• Our Supplies Forecast tracking will be part of your scope, by providing visibility and coordinating all the supplies flow.
• You will be ensuring continuous improvement in process and deviations.
• Working in projects and driving best practices implementation with our Sustainability Team.
