Full Description
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
To manage & provide visibility on the Order book of various customers by ensuring sales demand will be fulfilled on time and in full delivery of sales orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure on time execution of customer deliveries against commercial requirement and commercial prioritization.
- Assuming responsibility of matching supply (purchases) and demand (sales orders) in accordance with defined priorities.
- Timely release of picking notes to the warehouse based on agreed plan.
- Manage Seasonal delivery plan & ensure order book is executed accordingly.
- Coordinate the release of Themes & Campaigns with Marketing Organization and ensure on time deliveries to the markets.
- Coordinate with warehouse to resolve issue on picking notes & deliveries.
- Maintain the order book to reflect the latest range and master data changes.
- Analysis & reporting on order book status and Product Availability.
- Support manager on project & process improvement initiatives.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding and experience in operational supply chain process environment.
- Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP.
- High degree of self-motivation & team player.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively and efficiently on different layers of the organization.
- Competent user in Microsoft Office applications. MS – Excel (advanced) and MS-Access (intermediate).
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-year degree from an accredited college or university degree with emphasis on the area of business, logistics, planning, Supply Chain, information systems, or operations.
- >2 years of experience working in a supply chain environment, preferably in apparel/fashion/shoes industry.
- Fluent in English (oral and in writing).
