FHI (Fanatics Holdings Inc.) employees are expected to be on-site 4-days per week. We also offer the unique benefit of allowing employees to temporarily work from anywhere up to 20 days per year.

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Business Systems Analyst with a focus on compensation and talent modules to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Compensation and Talent modules and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. As a Compensation/Talent Business Analyst, you will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, analyze business processes, test execution, and ensure the successful implementation and integration of Oracle HCM Payroll solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to payroll processes and systems.
  • Process Analysis: Analyze existing payroll processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Solution Design: Design and configure Oracle HCM modules such as Compensation Cloud, Performance Management, and Talent Review to meet business needs.
  • Implementation Support: Collaborate with technical teams during the implementation phase to configure, test, and deploy Oracle HCM solutions.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on new compensation and talent processes and systems functionalities.
  • System Maintenance: Proactively monitor and maintain Oracle HCM systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of compensation and talent processes, configurations, and system updates.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure processes and systems comply with regulatory requirements and company security policies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with specialization in Oracle HCM Compensation and Talent modules.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation and Talent implementation and support.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification.
  • Experience with other Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Recruiting, Reporting, Payroll, Workflow, etc.
