As an Operations Specialist, you’ll be a key player in connecting Sales, Operations Planning, and Execution, ensuring the availability of inventory and a seamless supply of finished goods and POS/VISIT materials. RESPONSIBILITIES

SUPPLY PLANNING SUPPORT
- Monitor stock levels and ensure visibility for all products.
- Identify and address forecast deviations, especially for low-supply items and new products.
- Manage local repacking operations and ensure accuracy in systems.
- Coordinate stock transfers between islands.
- Support logistics and customer service teams with outbound orders.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ORDER EXECUTION
- Monitor and respond to inquiries through the designated inbox.
- Process customer orders accurately and on time.
- Resolve issues related to orders, invoices, deliveries, and system errors.
- Handle stock transfers between locations.
- Review outstanding orders daily to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the 3PL provider and customers to manage logistics and returns.
POS/VISIT MANAGEMENT
- Lead quarterly reviews with the POS/VISIT 3PL partner.
- Manage incoming shipments and ensure timely communication of updates.
- Process placement orders in SAP and reconcile inventories monthly.
- Track forecasts, inventory status, and monitor slow-moving items.
- Prepare monthly reports on inventory and placement progress.
SUSTAINABILITY AMBASSADOR
- Lead sustainability initiatives across departments and with external partners.
- Gather and report quarterly sustainability metrics for global dashboards.
- Drive sustainability projects with 3PLs and other stakeholders.
FLEET MANAGEMENT
- Act as the main contact for fleet-related matters.
- Review fleet data regularly to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Assist with fleet purchases, upgrades, and maintenance.
EXPERIENCE

- 3+ years of experience in similar roles or roles with transferrable skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex processes
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and propose solutions
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
- Experience with ERP systems, SAP would be a plus
- Familiarity with consumer platforms, Zendesk would be a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level)
- Positive and energetic attitude with a passion for teamwork
- Interest in logistics, customer service, or supply chain management
- Travel 0-10%
