Operations Specialist (Fixture Operations)
THE ROLE:
Join a central Ops team that keeps Genius running smoothly - empowering our teams to focus on what they do best: driving the business forward.
As an Operations Specialist (Fixtures Operations), you will play a senior role within the Fixtures Operations team, reporting directly to the Lead Operations Specialist (Fixtures Operations). You will be a key driver of operational excellence, identifying gaps across products and processes and turning insights into scalable, long-term improvements.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Drive operational excellence within Fixtures Operations by identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, and delivering scalable solutions.
- Plan, contribute to, and deliver ad-hoc projects aligned with evolving business needs.
- Design, implement, and embed process improvements, including increasing Automation & AI Adoption across the Fixtures Operations domain.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to support product development, new product discovery, and operational requirements.
- Design, document, and maintain operational processes and a centralised knowledge hub for Fixtures Operations.
- Build strong relationships with Fixtures Operations leadership and key stakeholders, presenting and justifying operational and product needs.
- Produce and deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting, insights, and detailed operational analysis.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Experience in process design, implementation, and continuous improvement within an operational environment.
- Programming and scripting languages used to support automation.
- A strong understanding of Operational Excellence principles, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end, from discovery through execution.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify waste and drive effective mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, accessible content,
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organisation.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
IT WILL BE A BONUS IF YOU KNOW:
- Lean Six Sigma theory and error-proofing methodologies.
- Experience delivering operational training or maintaining structured knowledge bases.
