Full Description

How you will make an impact:

  • Build Championship Teams – Lead, coach, and inspire a team of exempt supervisors, empowering them to exceed expectations and develop future leaders across warehouse operations
  • Obsess Over Fans – Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to deliver a world-class fan experience every time
  • Embrace a Limitless Mindset – Identify, develop, and implement standard operating procedures that drive efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance operational flow
  • Be Determined and Relentless – Use data and KPIs to monitor performance, address operational challenges head-on, and proactively implement improvement initiatives
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner closely with HR, Facilities, Learning & Development, Safety, and Inventory Control teams to align warehouse execution with company-wide goals
  • Champion a Culture of Safety – Promote a hazard-free environment by maintaining high standards of safety and compliance at every step of the operation
  • Own the Floor and the Numbers – Manage inventory accuracy, labor planning, budget forecasting, equipment maintenance, and cost control strategies
  • Mentor & Develop Talent – Recruit, train, and grow high-performing teams through consistent feedback, development plans, and accountability

What you bring to the team:

  • Proven leadership experience in high-volume warehouse or distribution center operations (5+ years preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience in logistics and operations leadership
  • Demonstrated success leading, motivating, and developing large teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong operational knowledge of warehouse management systems (Manhattan WMS and Oracle ERP preferred)
  • Experience with cycle counts, inventory audits, workforce planning, and SOP development
  • Exceptional problem-solving, data analysis, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 75 lbs), with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime during peak
  • Comfortable with up to 20% travel during initial onboarding, and 5–10% annually thereafter

  • Based in a Fanatics Fulfillment Center
  • Regular exposure to varying warehouse temperatures, industrial noise, and physical activity
  • Frequent standing, walking, climbing, and equipment monitoring required
  • Flexible schedule to support operational demands during peak seasons
