Role Overview
The Operations Analyst II will be responsible for developing, driving, and analyzing operational workflows, both existing and new. This role requires a deep understanding of business needs as articulated by key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be comfortable analyzing operational workflows, identifying potential cost-saving opportunities, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Strong problem-solving skills are essential, as this role will involve identifying issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. You will manage multiple projects within Fulfillment Operations, from concept through to support, with a primary focus on delivering projects according to design specifications. A passion for process improvement is vital, as this position plays a key role in leading a fan-first organization that prioritizes exceptional fan experiences.
How you will make an impact:
- Conduct data analysis on existing operational processes to measure and report on the quality and productivity of workflows.
- Facilitate and document business requirements to align business demands with IT capabilities.
- Provide leadership by collaborating with team members, articulating ideas to senior management, identifying and spearheading projects, managing resources, driving issue resolution, and ensuring accountability for results.
- Lead or participate in multiple projects by maintaining project documentation, managing project scope, adjusting schedules as needed, determining daily priorities, ensuring timely delivery of project tasks and milestones, following escalation paths, and managing relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Develop business acumen to accurately define business requirements and build use cases, storyboards, and testing scenarios.
- Identify and execute continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of systems and processes.
- Drive profitability and cost reduction related to compliance through partnerships and data analysis.
- Create and maintain project schedules, develop project plans and specifications, estimate time and resources, monitor milestone completion, track all phases of the project lifecycle, and provide timely issue reporting.
- Collaborate with the training team to update applicable quality program changes.
- Consistently monitor and analyze data to influence key performance indicators (KPIs), including financial targets, inventory adjustments, cuts, inventory defect rates, Net Promoter Score, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Exhibit natural curiosity to challenge and transform business processes in a fast-paced environment.

What you bring to the team:
- Minimum of 3 years of business experience.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Proven ability to drive results.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiating skills.
- Detail-oriented with proven time management and organizational skills, able to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to raise questions, issues, ideas, and suggestions to colleagues across all levels of the organization.
- Strong capability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Quick adaptability in a dynamic, complex environment, with a strong capacity to learn new concepts and software.
- Experience in analyzing complex data to guide data-driven decision-making is required.
- High energy and a proactive work ethic.
- Proficient in PC applications, including Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Explorer, Python, SQL, and Warehouse Management Systems.
- Strong prioritization and task management skills to address customer support issues, system implementations, and other responsibilities.
- Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary.
- Experience in the E-Commerce sector.
