The Opportunity

The UK Sports Institute have an exciting opportunity for a full time Operations Administrator within the Performance Data Team in Loughborough.

A snapshot of the role

Are you passionate about high-performance environments and exceptional customer service? Join the UKSI Performance Data team as an Operations Administrator, where you'll play a vital role in supporting the systems that underpin elite sports performance across the UK.

In this fast-paced and people-focused role, you’ll be the first point of contact for users of our performance data systems—resolving queries, managing access, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You'll thrive on keeping things organised, accurate, and efficient, whether you're updating system data, managing SharePoint sites, or supporting internal processes that keep the team on track.

You’ll be hands-on with operational tasks, user support, and system audits, and you'll contribute to everything from process improvement to financial administration and team logistics. If you're proactive, tech-savvy, and love helping others, this is your chance to make a real impact in a nationally significant organisation committed to sporting excellence.

If you feel you can bring the expertise we require to help us shape our future, we very much look forward to hearing from you.
