From nightclubs, bars, and festivals to quick-service restaurants and catering, the On Premise is a unique environment where people come together with an ice-cold can of Red Bull.
The role of the On Premise Trade Marketing Specialist is to implement the trade marketing strategy within the On Premise, aiming to position Red Bull as the #1 brand and product for consumers and trade. This is achieved by increasing visible distribution, building Red Bull's relevance, and encouraging increased use across the entire On Premise.
As part of the On Premise Marketing Team, the main priorities of the On Premise Trade Marketing Specialist are to implement and adapt the On Premise Trade Marketing Strategy across focus segments. This involves rolling out marketing programs that secure new business opportunities while expanding execution and driving demand within new and existing accounts.
In addition, the position will manage trade marketing-related projects for our top Key Account Partners, while implementing trade marketing concepts to acquire and grow new partners. Overall, the target is to establish sustainable partnerships with important players in the market, leveraging the Red Bull product and brand to win new customers and sell more cans to existing and new consumers

“LIVING” THE RED BULL ON PREMISE CULTURE
- Assume and live the Red Bull OP culture.
- Be an active ambassador for the Red Bull brand and product in front of the team and the On Premise Network.
- Monitor image standards regarding the brand premium values of Red Bull.
- Have a can-do attitude and act as a role model.
IMPLEMENTATION & DEVELOPMENT OF STRATEGIES AND TOOLS
- Implement marketing activation strategies for On Premise segments like Bars, Clubs, Cafes, Catering, QSR & Gaming outlets, together with On Premise Stakeholders, focusing on insights and segment marketing plans.
- Uncover important On Premise trends and opportunities and implement creative Trade Marketing solutions by segment.
- Understand the On Premise landscape and apply trade marketing tactics to fit customers and Red Bull's needs.
- Implement activation plans and toolkits for the field team and selected key account customers to drive distribution and volume by ensuring we Look Like #1 and Win vs Competition in the On Premise Universe.
- Combine On Premise strategy and trade marketing programs to activate each segment at scale.
BUILDING THE BRAND & PRODUCT IN THE ON PREMISE CHANNEL
- Uphold brand standards across all activations.
- Coordinate and support field teams for in-outlet activation.
- Coordinate and support internal field teams to develop account messaging strategy that aligns with trade marketing programs.
- Work to protect Red Bull brand equity in all activations.
SUPPORTING THE ORGANIZATION: DRIVE STRATEGY INTO ACTION
- Support the field teams by rolling out and implementing our Trade Marketing strategy and initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with On Premise Stakeholders to support the implementation of action plans and adaptation of tools to unleash local opportunities.
- Communicate strategy to the On Premise Stakeholders and field teams to ensure understanding and adoption.
- Define and share best practices, highlighting challenges and opportunities for growth.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Over 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Sales, with a proven track record working with brands across marketing and insight functions.
- Knowledge of the On Premise industry and trade is required.
- Ability to analyze complex trends and connect the dots between multifaceted disciplines.
- Solid understanding of sales processes and high-level negotiation with Key Accounts.
- Strategic ability to develop specific, valuable, innovative strategies and concepts, while maintaining sight of the commercial ‘big picture.’
- Demonstrates exceptional planning, project management, and presentation skills.
- Passion for establishing new business partnerships.
- Exceptionally strong communicator, excelling in translating complex business issues into practical and relevant terms while understanding cultural differences.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Experience in managing different stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, innovative, solution-oriented mindset, self-directed, with a “do-it-now” attitude, flexible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
