As an On Premise Marketing Graduate, you will gain hands-on experience in creating impactful marketing initiatives across bars, clubs, festivals, events and strategic customer partnerships. Working closely with our On Premise Marketing and Sales teams, you will help develop activation concepts, POS solutions and brand experiences that strengthen visibility, drive sales and create unforgettable moments for consumers.

• Trade Marketing Strategy & Execution

  You will support the implementation of trade marketing initiatives that strengthen Red Bull's presence across key On Premise accounts. By working closely with Sales and Marketing teams, you will help bring marketing strategies to life and ensure strong execution in the market.

• POS & Activation Tools

  From branded equipment and bar tools to point-of-sale materials and promotional assets, you will help develop and optimize activation tools that enhance visibility and create engaging consumer experiences. You will gain valuable experience managing projects from concept through to implementation.

• Sales Support & Market Analysis

  You will collaborate closely with our sales teams to provide effective marketing solutions that support account growth and brand presence. At the same time, you will monitor market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activities to identify opportunities and contribute fresh ideas.

• Event Planning & Partnership Management

  Events are a key part of the Red Bull brand experience. You will support the planning and execution of festivals, events and activations, while working with agencies, suppliers and external partners. Through these collaborations, you will learn how to manage relationships, coordinate stakeholders and deliver outstanding event experiences.

EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Proven excellence in your academic life
• Relevant work or internship experience is a plus
• A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges
• Open and solution-oriented mindset, with excellent communication skills
• Fluent in German or French (written, spoken), additional languages are considered a plus

• Travel 0-10%
