The On premise Analytics Manager will be the owner of developing a clear understanding of the market trends.

The On premise Analytics Manager will be responsible for leading the analytical function within the organization, providing a strategic and global vision to support informed decision-making and accelerate business growth.

The role involves close collaboration with key On Premise stakeholders to develop and implement effective management strategies,.

  • Identify key challenges, trends, and opportunities for improvement within the On premise ecosystem. And work to translate local insights into actionable strategies to optimize on premise team performance and growth in large scale.

  • Responsible for insights supervising. Design and improvement of analytical processes.

    • Profitability Analysis.
    • Pricing and promotion analysis.
    • Resources optimization
    • Develop and implement processes than Enhance operational efficiency and decision-making agility.
    • Creation of operational reports and dashboards.
    • Reporting.
    • Reach management.
  • Opportunity identification and improvement proposals

    • Detect areas for improvement in processes, business models, and analytical tools.
    • Propose innovative and sustainable solutions that add value and efficiency.
  • Budget and financial control.

    • Oversee the planning, monitoring, and optimization of the department’s budget.
    • CPM Key User.
    • Planning , reporting and tracking.
  • Database management

    • Lead the structuring, maintenance, and analysis of large datasets from various internal and external sources.
    • Ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility, while promoting the use of advanced BI tools.
    • Translate complex data into clear business strategies that drive sustainable growth.
  • Team leadership and development.

    • Lead, coach, and motivate the analytics team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and support professional growth.
    • Ensuring quality standards and code of conduct, while actively promoting and nurturing Red Bull organizational culture.
  • Collaboration with key stakeholders:

    • Work cross-functionally with all departments to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and execution.
    • Act as a strategic partner in high-impact projects.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • Degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Spanish and English. Both fluent in writing and speaking.
  • 5-7 years of experience as a team leader in the analytics department within the FMCG sector.
  • FMCG sector knowledge. Deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape.
  • Skilled in motivating, developing, and managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Flexible in responding to dynamic and changing environments.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities and leading transformations.
  • Ability to analyse complex data sets and derive actionable insights to inform revenue strategies.
  • Strong capability to develop and implement long-term plans that align with business objectives. Ability to see the big picture and anticipate future scenarios.
  • Travel 10-20%
