The Stricker's primary role is to optimize Red Bull Perfect Store and enhance regional activities execution in assigned territory - this includes availability, visibility, additional placements, Red Bull cooler installation and regional activities implementation to drive the maximum sales growth.

Expand all

• Territory Coverage

  • Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost effective manner
  • Completion of all calls allocated to individual territories
  • Source and communicate new business leads within territory

• Perfect Store

  • Drive in store presence in line with Perfect Store standards, by ensuring availability, visibility, additional placements
  • Amplify Red Bull cooler installation in store

• Stock Management

  • Managing orders to ensure Red Bull's stock keeping on shelf at all times
  • Order taking to maximize to listing SKU

• Promotion Activation

  • Drive execution of agreed promotional activities in coveraged store
  • Propose and conduct regional promotion by effective communication w/ account regional and store manager in designated territory

• Administration & Reporting

  • Completing all necessary administrative tasks accurately and on time
  • Implementation of Head Office agreements and ensuring their execution based on merchandising standards

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification
• Language: Mandarin, Taiwanese and basic English
• FMCG experience (branded or retail experience)
• Clear understanding of Off Premise channels
• Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships
• High interpersonal, sales and negotiation skills
• Commercial awareness and basic understanding of commercial maths
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and preferably mobile Field Force automation
• Valid driving license (Car & Auto bike)

• Travel 90-100%
