At Red Bull Japan, we’re looking for a Graduate to join our Off Premise team, a fast-growing business that drives our presence in retail and beyond. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience across sales channels, learn how to turn data into actionable insights, and support strategic initiatives that shape Red Bull’s success in Japan. • Data Analytics

  Analyze multiple data sources and translate findings into actionable insights for presentations and negotiations

• Presentations & Customer Sells

  Support Key Account Managers in creating compelling decks for customer meetings and internal best-practice sharing.

• Meeting Coordination

  Organize internal and external meetings, facilitating collaboration and knowledge exchange across teams.

• Business Planning Support

  Assist in the annual planning process by gathering information, preparing feedback, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Flexible, adaptable, and proactive attitude
• Team player with a hands-on approach
• University degree (or equivalent)
• Fluency in Japanese & English (verbal and written)
