Full Description
Nottinghamshire FA is recruiting a Safeguarding and Behaviour Improvement Lead (DSO).
12-month FTC with potential to become permanent
Starting salary: £32,000
The focus of this role is to look after two key areas of football in Nottinghamshire: Safeguarding and Improving Behaviour.
The purpose of the position is to support the effective delivery of The FA Grassroots Football Strategy and the Nottinghamshire County FA Business Strategy, with a strong focus on safeguarding across all levels of grassroots football.
The role is responsible for managing safeguarding and child protection concerns in line with current legislation, FA policies, procedures and guidance, ensuring timely and appropriate responses. It plays a key part in implementing and maintaining The FA's Safeguarding 365 Standard, promoting safer practices and positive behaviours throughout the football community.
