Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a National Sales Manager - Impulse (South) to be based in the South of the UK.
The National Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the Off Premise in the delivery of the Red Bull Field Sales strategy. To strategically lead, manage and coach the Impulse team to enable Red Bull to deliver Perfect Store across the Symbols & Independent outlet universe.

People Management
Working cross functionally with Field Sales Strategy Manager, National Account teams and Customer Marketing to deliver and execute the business plan.
To lead, manage and coach your team to enable them to unlock everyone’s talents to achieve the best version of themselves.
To manage the working day cycle across all stakeholders and provide the commercially focused updates.
Educate, train & develop your team to ensure we are providing the formal 10% training overlaid with the big job philosophy.
Continually review and measure team inputs and contributions to overall strategy.
Provide on-going feedback to individuals.
Carry out ongoing performance reviews with all RAE’s.
Ensure the DPM‘s have set KPI’s and tracked accordingly through Amplify.Budget Management
To manage your Indirect spend in accordance with the budget.
Support the delivery of the Impulse plan and mange through the Field Sales P&LRecruitment
Recruit and retain a highly motivated & driven team who become a “Talent Pool” for the Red Bull channel teams and ensure you are utilising a wide network to ensure we recruit the best talent.
Analysis and evaluation
To ensure your team measure and evaluate the effectiveness of their Joint Business Plans within the working day cycle utilising the Field Sales Dashboard. In addition, manage your regional performance to ensure you achieve your business plan.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Experience of leading sales teams and evidence of KPI delivery
- Commercial experience within key accounts
- Fluent in Excel, Word and Power Point
- Confident presenter to large and small audiences
- People Management skills
- Sales planning and understanding the customer with strong interpersonal client relationship skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable analysing data and developing appropriate action plans
- Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint intermediate level essential
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Travel 70-80%
