WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The role operates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment—both independently and as part of the Marketplace Supply Chain (MSC) Nike Direct Digital team. It partners closely with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Tech, Planning, Allocations, Merchandising, MSC, and NDDC, to align priorities and deliver initiatives that drive marketplace success in Japan.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Senior Supply Chain Process Analyst is a collaborative team player and proactive self-starter with exceptional communication and analytical skills. This individual is passionate about elevating supply chain performance to enhance the consumer experience and thrives in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Empowered to grow within Nike and shape the future, the Lead applies expertise in process flow design and advanced data analysis to achieve operational excellence. By working with cross-functional partners—including Logistics, Tech, Planning, Merchandising, MSC Sales, and NDDC—they ensure seamless execution of key initiatives that optimize marketplace performance and deliver innovation and efficiency across Nike Direct Digital operations.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in supply chain operations, process improvement, or data-driven analysis within retail or e-commerce environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  • Strong foundation in supply chain operations and continuous improvement methodologies; familiarity with retail or digital commerce preferred.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications with advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUP, IF, AND, MID, and Pivot Tables); experience with SQL, SAP, Cognos, and Tableau is a plus.

  • Core competencies include a customer-focused mindset, ability to collaborate effectively, results-driven approach, action orientation, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Japanese, including experience facilitating meetings and delivering strategic recommendations.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will ensure efficient and reliable end-to-end supply chain operations for Nike Direct Digital by executing daily processes in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will analyze workflows, track KPIs, and support business needs and projects with a consumer-first mindset to drive operational excellence.

  • Understand Nike Direct business operations and supply chain processes, including system background.

  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps and procedures.

  • Ensure consistent execution against MSC code calendar processes.

  • Resolve critical issues related to order changes, product delivery, and fulfilment services with internal partners.

  • Monitor and improve performance KPIs to maximize service and inform business decisions.

  • Provide quality process analysis, highlighting risks and opportunities for Kaizen improvement activities and projects.

  • Drive cross-functional discussions to research business needs and gather requirements for solving complex supply chain challenges.
